We are seeking a skilled Fish Cutter to join our team. As a Fish Cutter, you will be responsible for accurately cutting, preparing, and portioning of fish. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our guests receive the highest quality food and exceptional service.

• Prepare and portion fish for our revolving sushi menu
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
• Adhere to food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Stay up-to-date with new menu items and recipes

• 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
