About the Role

COMHAR, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Food Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our LTSR program, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver meals to residents, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of food inventory, orders, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and residents to ensure seamless meal service.
  • Train residents in culinary skills, nutrition, and meal planning.
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Safe Serve Certificate.
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary:

$17.00 per hour, based on industry standards.
