At Capital One, we are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing expert guidance on security strategies and solutions to the business and technology teams.

This position requires a deep understanding of cloud computing models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, as well as experience with security risk assessments, architecture reviews, and penetration testing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology and a strong passion for securing modern computing platforms.

With a focus on providing proactive Information Security consulting, this consultant will work closely with the Commercial line of business to identify and mitigate potential security risks.

Key responsibilities include acting as a central point of contact for Information Security, coordinating and executing security consulting projects, and serving as an expert in Capital One's Information Security capabilities.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $201,400 - $229,900 per year, depending on location. This figure is based on industry standards and market research.
