We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Neurobehavioral Center For Growth. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing direct behavioral interventions to children and young adolescents diagnosed with autism, teaching communication and social skills.

Job Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers.
  • Implementing skill acquisition procedures using Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) as written.
  • Using function-based strategies to prevent challenging behavior.
  • Communicating with caregivers regarding clinical progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a high school diploma and have experience working with children or individuals with disabilities. However, we provide comprehensive training and certification for selected applicants.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Full-time employees working 30+ hours a week are eligible for health, vision, dental, life insurance, HSA, FSA, EAP, PTO, and holiday pay. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and education opportunities, including safety care training and monthly trainings on pertinent subjects in ABA.
