Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and financial advisors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process client financial transactions, financial advisor and branch office expenses, and expense reports with a high level of accuracy and organization.
  • Open new client accounts, research client and security information, and maintain accurate records and files using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Assist financial advisors with marketing efforts, including seminars and client-facing events, and develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the firm's online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with the team's goals and brand identity.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including analyzing social media metrics and preparing reports to measure the success of campaigns.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) or more years of securities industry or related work experience preferred.
  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and mission.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
