We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team as a Construction Law Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, with a focus on complex litigation and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle complex construction-related litigation, including high-stakes public and private works projects.
  • Manage catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for large-scale construction projects.
  • Provide claims support during the design and construction phases.
  • Oversee lien actions, mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings.
  • Offer trial and appellate representation as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients and insurance carriers on a global scale.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of legal experience, ideally with a focus on construction law.
  • Experience working with insurance clients is highly desirable.
  • Strong litigation skills and experience handling complex cases.

We offer a competitive salary range of $130-160K, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, pre-tax savings plans, pre-tax parking and commuter plans, supplemental health and welfare plans, a retirement savings plan, an employee assistance program, pet insurance, and paid holidays.
