We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Handling: Safely and efficiently handle full cases of product, weighing up to 50 lbs, and lift cartons and merchandise onto and off conveyor lines, pallets, or other storage containers.
- Equipment Operation: Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS), Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners, and other equipment needed to perform job duties.
- Quality Control: Inspect merchandise items to ensure accurate quality and brand specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain and verify documentation and information to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the distribution center.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous Experience: Previous forklift experience required.
- Physical Demands: Standing or walking for the duration of the shift is necessary; sitting for extended periods during the shift may not be possible.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, 22.7 kg in certain roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive Pay: Current salary range for this position is $19.25/hour.
- Daily Pay: Earn your pay daily, without waiting for a weekly or bi-weekly paycheck.
