Key Responsibilities- Provide input on business and strategy related to AI, including issues of first impression.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to invent, simplify, and implement innovative solutions.
- Support senior executives and teams in making informed decisions.
- 10+ years of legal experience.
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
- Experience in technology and commercial transactions or businesses.
- Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization.

CompensationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $164,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $272,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
