We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Construction Project Manager to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a key member of our critical facilities construction team, you will be responsible for managing data center construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple data center construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in data center construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.
