Job Overview
As a skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our production facility. Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, and conduct facility repairs and cleanups.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician who possesses strong electrical skills, with knowledge of AC-DC motors and associated controls. You will work independently, but as part of a team, to maintain our equipment and ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections for preventive maintenance 10%
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, determining corrective action required (replacement of parts) 50%
- Conduct facility repairs and cleanups in and around building 25%
- Overhaul and repair spare parts 10%
- Disassemble and reassemble line machinery and set up lines 25%

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to read and understand electrical, mechanical schematics, and diagrams. Experience with oven and packaging machine operations is a plus.

This position requires flexibility, willingness to work overtime on occasion, and the ability to lift heavy components. The salary range for this position is $23-27 DOE. We offer comprehensive benefits, including vacation, sick leave, health plans, and 401K.
