About the RoleThe Store Team Leader will assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear, including establishing action plans to accomplish departmental and overall store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
You will also assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager and provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel. You should also have 1-3 years of customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also need to be a self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks without being asked, have strong attention to detail, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
