Job Description:
LeaderStat is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment. As a Physical Therapist with LeaderStat, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Current State licensure
- 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
