Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and experiential activations. This individual will oversee content creation for in-store and digital platforms, ensuring it reflects the brand's premium quality and storytelling approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales growth for North American brick-and-mortar locations.
  • Align marketing initiatives with the company's global vision while tailoring campaigns to regional preferences and consumer behavior.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform strategy and maintain Läderach's competitive edge.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and experiential activations.
  • Oversee content creation for in-store and digital platforms, ensuring it reflects the brand's premium quality and storytelling approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles ideally within confectionery resp. food retail, luxury, or CPG industries.
  • Proven success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies in alignment with global brand standards.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring campaign performance and ROI.

  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
