Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
  • Reviewing project contracts, agreements, and specifications to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Preparing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, monitoring costs, and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Scheduling project milestones and deliverables, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinating procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to support construction activities.
  • Oversseeing on-site construction activities, including site preparation, building erection, installation of materials and equipment, quality control inspections, and safety compliance.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate, coach, and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a related field, or 15 years of experience in a related field without a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing construction projects of varying size, complexity, and scope.
