Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Operations Specialist to join our eTeam in Cupertino, CA. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

About the Role

  • This is a senior-level research operations role that will be responsible for managing and executing clinical trials projects from start to finish.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a strong background in research operations.
  • Responsibilities will include developing enrollment and throughput plans, managing project status with stakeholders, and driving project scoping with research vendors.
  • A bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in health research management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enrollment and throughput plans to ensure timely completion of clinical trials projects.
  • Manage and communicate project status with cross-functional teams, including researchers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Drive project scoping with research vendors, including quotes, contracts, budget management, and invoicing.
  • Deliver high-quality results while ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and data quality.
  • Balance multiple projects across geographic regions, prioritizing tasks and resources as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in health research management, engineering operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with clinical trials software and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
