About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead the implementation of a cutting-edge ProPlanner MES system at a leading global manufacturer of automotive mobility products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage standard hours, cycle time, and move time data to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Drive the adoption of lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
  • Offer engineering support on the shop floor to ensure seamless production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is a must
  • Prior experience in industrial engineering within a complex manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in line balancing, time studies, capacity analysis, ergonomic risk assessment, standard work, and lean manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
