Cashier/Expo

d'Lite Healthy On The Go is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Expo to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically, guiding them through the menu and processing orders efficiently.
• Develop a superior knowledge of our menu, ingredients, modifications, and allergens to provide accurate information to customers.
• Field inside, drive-thru, and phone orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Perform work of other team members as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
• Operate a Point of Sale system, accurately reconcile daily checkouts, sales, tips, and credit cards.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures and adhere to policies and procedures for comps, voids, employee food, and customer loyalty programs.
• Address customer complaints and report to management.
• Perform table touches to ensure order accuracy, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of company passwords and intellectual property.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and present professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, systems, and processes.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required, with scheduled working hours ranging from 5:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday.

Requirements:

• 18+ years of age
• High school graduate
• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required
• Dependable, honest, trustworthy, and possessing integrity
• Positive attitude and great personal drive
• Courteous and enthusiastic
• Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
• Exceptional communication and guest service skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Proficiency on Aloha POS is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
• Successful completion of General Team Member Training Certification and Cashier/Expo Training Certification
• Availability to work on weekends
