GPAC is a leading search firm specializing in the field of cosmetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. We have been retained by a prestigious surgery center in Fairfax County, VA to search for a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Injector.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our client's team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Injector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic medicine, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for growing a med spa aesthetic business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality aesthetic services to patients, including Botox, fillers, and other injectable treatments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the med spa aesthetic business, including marketing and patient engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with plastic surgeons and other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage a team of NP/PA injectors and lead the expansion of the Med Spa portion of the practice.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' aesthetic experience.
  • 1st assist surgical experience a plus.
  • Experienced at injecting - Botox, Fillers, Dysport.
  • Leadership take-charge attitude to grow their med spa aesthetic business.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $160,000.
