Nursing Residency Program at Huntington Hospital

Huntington Hospital is committed to providing a supportive and challenging environment for new graduate nurses to develop their skills and advance their careers. Our RN Residency Program is designed to provide a comprehensive orientation and transition to practice experience for new graduate nurses.

Program Highlights:

  • 12-month residency program with a focus on critical thinking, leadership, and patient-centered care
  • Precepted clinical experiences in various medical-surgical units
  • Regular feedback and evaluation to support professional growth and development
  • Opportunities for professional development and networking

Eligibility:

New graduate nurses with a current California RN license and a BSN degree from an accredited nursing program are eligible to apply.
