Responsibilities:- Record accurate patient medical histories
- Monitor patients' conditions, including fluid intake and output, and compose patient charts
- Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating and bathing
- Administer medications, injections, and enemas, and clean and dress wounds
- Collect samples for lab testing and provide emotional and psychological support to patients
- Communicate with patients' family and friends to provide advice and comfort
- Proven experience as an LPN or similar role
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and provide diverse care tasks
- Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
- Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry
