Physical Therapist Home Health Supervisor Job Description

**Job Summary:**

The Physical Therapist Home Health Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the supervision of all staff, interviewing and training employees, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems within their discipline. This role ensures appropriate staffing and scheduling when assigned.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provides guidance to and monitors the performance of physical therapy staff
* Monitors progress and reviews with other medical staff
* Ensures physical therapy staff follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures
* May perform training demonstrations for physical therapists and assistants

**Qualifications:**

* Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
* CT PT license required
* Managerial experience highly preferred
* Home Health experience highly preferred
* Must be able to spend 1/2 time in office and 1/2 in field treating
