Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a summer program in a supportive and dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals to foster students' success.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students of various ages and abilities.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and other relevant school activities.
  • Adapt therapy techniques and materials to meet the unique needs of each student.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently as needed.
