Job Title: Therapy Manager

At TMS Neuro Solutions LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and direction to our therapy team, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the therapy team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all patient needs are met and that all company policies and procedures are fulfilled.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and patient outcomes.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to team members and office issues or problems.
  • Implement or recommend disciplinary action as needed in conjunction with the Director of Clinical Excellence and Human Resources department.
Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years of clinical experience and 3+ years of leadership/management experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
  • Valid license with all state licensing requirements: LCSW or LPC.
  • Valid malpractice insurance.
  • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency.
  • Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively with other healthcare professionals and support staff within a clinical team.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, stabilize crisis situations, and adhere to the culture of the agency.
Essential Functions:
