Dishwasher (4pm-7:30pm)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team at Independence Village of Aurora. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Stock and maintain kitchen supplies, including soap, towels, and paper products.
• Perform daily cleaning duties, including mopping floors, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, family members, and guests, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

• Prior experience in a restaurant or dishwashing environment is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks as required.
