We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remodeler - Level 3 to join our team at Watermark Builders, Inc.

Job Summary:

As a Remodeler - Level 3, you will be responsible for facilitating and executing all aspects of residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling, as well as additions and whole house renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function as an experienced team member to facilitate and execute all aspects of residential remodels.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of residential remodel work experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug tests.
• Own a full set of well-maintained and organized personal tools.
• Possess clock-like reliability.
• Have a strong desire to be a part of a team.
• Own an unquenchable work ethic.
• Commitment to personal growth.
