About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Professional to join our team at Clean Earth. As an Environmental Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of environmental compliance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review and approve new incoming projects to ensure material meets acceptable criteria and maintains the records in accordance with permit requirements.
  • Interface with Customer Service and facility operations for inbound scheduling and any scale-related customer issues.
  • Direct/perform sampling of both incoming material and processed batches of outgoing material, including chain of custody and purchase order preparation, to ensure compliance with permit sampling frequency.
  • Prepare solutions and standards and prepare and run samples.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytical laboratory operations.
  • Knowledge of NJDEP and PADEP soil remediation standards.
  • The ability to travel to other sites within region on occasion.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently, work under pressure, and manage several projects simultaneously.
