We're seeking a talented Vehicle Service Specialist to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change As a key member of our service center, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers' vehicles receive the best possible care.

About the Role

As a Vehicle Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and addressing any concerns or questions
  • Performing oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles
  • Inspecting vehicles for potential issues or areas that require attention
  • Conducting basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks
  • Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
  • Keeping track of inventory and ensuring all supplies are readily available
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
  • Achieve SuperPro certification
  • Must have reliable transportation

Work Environment

As a Vehicle Service Specialist, you'll work in a fast-paced service center environment, with exposure to various conditions, including:

  • Environmental conditions, including varying temperatures
  • Noise levels that may require shouting to be heard
  • Hazards, including proximity to moving mechanical parts and electrical current
  • Atmospheric conditions, including fumes, odors, and dust
