Job Title: Customer Assistance Representative Sr

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Assistance Representative Sr to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support internal and external customers, and contribute to the success of our rental operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance as needed.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer rentals.
  • Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner, assisting customers as needed.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
  • Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers.
  • Notify management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and process customer billing.
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of administrative or customer service experience in the last 6 years.
  • Valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, and social security.
