Warehouse Inventory Analyst

As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will play a vital role within Busek's Materials team. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring incoming and outgoing stock, conducting regular inventory audits, and addressing any discrepancies that arise to support the production of Busek's advanced aerospace hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize our inventory management system to relay stock information across different departments.
• Ensure accurate labeling and timely shipping of products.
• Assemble parts for job orders and meticulously track inventory movements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Organize inventory storage to prevent damage and ensure accessibility.
• Proactively identify potential stock shortages and communicate these to the purchasing team.
• Conduct basic measurements and inspections of components.
• Clean and maintain parts following established procedures.

• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and enhance the efficiency of selection and shipping processes.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently and within deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate the development of new inventory processes.
• Problem-solving capabilities to identify and implement improvements in inventory management.
