Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Cook to join our team at the Ladgov Corporation in Pineville, LA. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for large groups, adhering to set recipes and nutritional guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, ensuring all food is prepared and served at the correct temperature.
• Assist in menu planning and meal adjustments based on attendee requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cook in a military, government, or commercial dining facility.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and the ability to handle bulk food preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid Food Handler's Certificate (State of Louisiana or equivalent).
