About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Deburring Specialist to join our team at PCB Piezotronics, Inc. As a Deburring Specialist, you will be responsible for deburring parts using a variety of hand tools and machinery. You will work from drawings and/or written instructions and tool sheets to properly deburr parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deburr parts using hand tools and machinery
  • Work from drawings and/or written instructions and tool sheets
  • Use a microscope to view, inspect and deburr parts
  • Perform transactions in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as necessary
  • Ensure conformance of finished work to confirm compliance to tolerance and company specifications

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or GED
  • BOCES Machine Shop classes; or Skilled trade school graduate
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in order of operations
  • Inspection measuring equipment knowledge
  • Blueprint reading skills
