Job Overview

The Robison Group is seeking a skilled Investigative Specialist to join our team. As an Investigative Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations of workers compensation claims, liability investigations, multi-line insurance claims, criminal and civil background checks, and other investigative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations in a professional and thorough manner.
  • Collect and analyze evidence to support findings.
  • Testify in court as needed.
  • Collaborate with other investigators on challenging cases.
  • Make sound judgments and recommendations.
  • Provide timely updates and reports.
  • Upload surveillance video as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid Texas Private Investigator license.
  • Self-motivated and determined individual.
  • Strong initiative and work ethic.
  • Excellent observational, organizational, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and scanner or fax machine.
  • Strong computer and internet skills.
  • Proficient with digital camera.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driving license.
  • Pass an extensive background check.
  • Pass a drug test with negative results.
  • College Degree preferred.

Training and Growth Opportunities:

The Robison Group provides remote and/or in-classroom training to ensure success. Opportunities for growth include SIU work, Field Supervisor, Field Operations Manager, Case Management, and more.

Compensation and Reimbursements:

  • Paid travel time and reimbursement for mileage, tolls, and other per diem items.
  • Hourly Rate commensurate with education and experience.
