Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Service Teacher. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality academic and enrichment programming to school-aged youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate group activities that promote learning and development
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in your care
  • Develop and implement daily and overall instructional plans of activities for youth
  • Assist with center emergencies and provide support during unexpected situations
  • Maintain confidentiality in all program areas and demonstrate a positive work ethic
Requirements
  • Erie & Niagara County resident preferred
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including at-risk youth
  • Associates or Bachelor degree in Human Services, Education, or related field with coursework in adolescent development
Benefits
