As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of educational programs for nursing staff on the orthopedic units at University of Colorado Hospital. This position requires a strong background in nursing with experience in clinical education or a related field.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess learning needs of nursing staff and design curricula to meet those needs
- Develop and implement educational programs that address clinical competencies, departmental policies, and regulatory requirements
- Deliver high-quality education that meets the needs of our clinical staff
- Serve as a consultant/mentor for clinical staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development
- Participate in the development, coordination, and delivery of new clinical staff orientation and education activities

- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
