Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome customers by greeting them and offering assistance, assist customers by escorting them directly to racks and counters, and/or suggesting items.
  • Product Knowledge: Advise customers by providing accurate information on products, help customers make selections by building customer confidence through offering suggestions and opinions.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist with setting up and displaying products and merchandise through the store, maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store and merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide outstanding customer service, meet new people, and reconnect with familiar customers.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate in a clear and friendly manner, and love to share your love for Boyne's products and services.
  • Teamwork: Be part of a close-knit team, look out for the best interests of your fellow team members, and help maintain a fun work environment.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and willing to learn more, work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
  • Physical Demands: Physically lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Education and Experience: Achieved a high school diploma or equivalent, comfortable handling payment transactions, and have basic computer skills.
