Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials, verifying quantities and accuracy
  • Pick and fill orders from stock, utilizing warehouse data systems and hand-held scanners
  • Pack and ship orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse, maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Transport incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas, utilizing hand dollies, forklifts, and other equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Assist with inventory controls, collecting stock location orders and printing requests
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
  • One to two years related experience or equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Worker or similar role
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and cherry pickers
  • Strong understanding of warehouse data systems and hand-held scanners
  • Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Good organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read and write in English for label comprehension and report documentation
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work overtime and flexibility for various shifts, if necessary
Working Conditions

This position primarily works outdoors in the yard and is exposed to the elements. Conditions can be dusty due to the product we sell.
