GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Consult with clients to recommend personalized hair treatments based on their specific needs.
  • Administer hair services, styling, and additional treatments.
  • Carry out procedures such as coloring, cutting, extensions, and special occasion styles as requested by clients.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must possess the ability to:
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of team members, clients, and external contacts.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Navigate all work areas with efficiency.
  • Commit to extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Alternate between sitting and standing for prolonged periods.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. A valid state license is required.
