Job Summary
As a key member of our store team, the Overnight Stocking Coach will be responsible for leading and developing teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. This role will also involve touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
Main Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Teach, train, and actively listen to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Store Operations: Tour stores, provide feedback, and communicate with associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
- Customer Service: Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Financial Performance: Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Associate Development: Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring associates, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, and recognizing associate achievements.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and provide direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Requirements
- Education: 2 years' of college, or 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience, or 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
