About the Role
Furniture Mall of Kansas is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Home Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering furniture to our customers' homes in a timely, safe, and satisfactory manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Transporting furniture safely and efficiently to customers' homes
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive delivery experience
- Working collaboratively with teammates to achieve delivery goals
- Accurately completing all paperwork related to deliveries
- Developing long-term customer relationships and generating new leads through referrals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Adaptability and ability to work through adverse situations
