Host/Hostess Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team at Applebee's. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Manage the wait list and ensure guests are seated in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work a variety of shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Previous hosting experience an asset
