Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing patient care services that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes observing, assessing, and reporting patient conditions, as well as documenting relevant information in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.

You will also administer medications and treatments as prescribed, receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders, and evaluate and implement patient care plans. In addition, you will direct, monitor, and coordinate the delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff, ensuring that Patient Care Management Systems are routinely serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
