ABSMC-Summit Campus

Role Summary:

Deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing complex cardiovascular, vascular, and related surgical interventions. Collaborate with radiologists and cardiologists during intricate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while ensuring the operation and maintenance of essential imaging equipment to produce optimal radiographic results.

Incentives: A sign-on bonus is available for external candidates in line with Sutter Health policies.

Educational Requirements:
Equivalent experience may be considered in place of the formal degree or diploma.

Associate's degree: equivalent experience plus one to two years of relevant training or a combination of education and experience.

Certifications and Licenses:

CRT - Certified Radiologic Technologist
BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
RHF - Radiology Fluoroscopy
Cardiovascular Interventional Therapy certification within one year of hire.

ACLS certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

A minimum of two years in a cardiac catheterization lab and/or Interventional Radiology setting.

Skills and Knowledge:

Familiarity with equipment and supplies utilized in cardiovascular and specialized procedure areas.
Proficient in the use of supplies and equipment during both standard and specialized procedures.
Exhibits a high level of radiographic precision and patient care while achieving desired procedural outcomes efficiently.
Skilled in digital imaging, magnification techniques, and fluoroscopy.

The pay range for this position is $56.88 to $73.70 per hour. The salary range may vary based on location and is influenced by various factors including experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Base pay is one component of the comprehensive rewards program offered by Sutter Health, which includes a robust benefits package.
