Job Title: Truck Driver CDL A Local Route

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver CDL A Local Route to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Local Relief Driver, responsible for delivering our products to small and large retailers on various routes. As a CDL A Truck Driver, you will be responsible for manually unloading your trucks using a hand dolly, building rapport with our customers, and stocking shelves and coolers as requested by the customer.

No previous experience is required, and you will receive hands-on training upon hire. You may also be assigned merchandising and warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Shift and Schedule

This is a Monday through Friday position, with a shift that starts at 4:00am and continues until the route is finished. You will have flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Local routes ensure that you will be working in a familiar area and will have the opportunity to build relationships with our customers.

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable interacting with people and enjoy staying active, as you will be lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products throughout your shift.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) and be at least 21 years of age. You must also have a valid Commercial Driver's License A (CDL A) and be able to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.

You will be required to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift.
