We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Athletic Trainer to join our team at Port Richmond High School. As an Athletic Trainer with JAG Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with athletes and coaches to provide top-notch medical care and support.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective athletic training program for Port Richmond High School. This includes:
- Providing medical and preventative care for athletes
- Maintaining a safe playing environment by monitoring and controlling environmental risks
- Coordinating and managing the medical and risk management of all athletes
- Acting as the workers compensation case manager for the professional contracted team
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other JAG professionals in programs such as Physical Therapy and physician-related services.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Athletic Training (CAATE Approved program) and completion of the BOC certification
- Licensed by the State of New York as an Athletic Trainer
- Current BLS certification
- Maintain Personal Liability Insurance
We offer a competitive salary, up to $5,000 sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement up to $2,500, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match after 1 year. You will also have access to ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
