This position entails leading departmental meetings, generating comprehensive reports, and driving innovative strategies to enhance program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing staff education within the department.
  • Engage in community education initiatives, which may occasionally require availability beyond standard working hours.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the role primarily operates during day shifts but may require adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:

Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS is mandatory. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly recommended. Additionally, completion of TNCC and ENPC certifications is expected within the first year of employment.
