Role Overview: The Medical Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the effective management of departmental functions, ensuring that all processes, personnel, and resources are effectively coordinated to meet set objectives regarding quality, efficiency, and safety.

Shift: Day Shift

The supervisor will be tasked with adhering to product quality and packaging specifications, implementing strategies to rectify defects, and initiating necessary enhancements. Compliance with food safety regulations is essential, along with addressing any deviations promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to prescribed HR and safety policies, ensuring timely completion of Kronos and Oracle HCM time-off requests.
  • Complete safety and certification training as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred in fields such as Agriculture, Operations Management, or Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required; prior experience in the poultry industry is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is essential.
  • Familiarity with USDA regulations concerning sanitation and pre-operation guidelines is necessary.
