Job Title: Renal Dialysis LPN

Geneva General Hospital is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Renal Dialysis team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis program.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, professional standards of care, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical charts, patient history, and allergens.
  • Administer medications orally and intravenously, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in renal dialysis.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
  • Current licensure in good standing.
  • One year of experience in LPN specialty in a facility.
  • Current AHA BLS certification.
  • AHA ACLS certification (if placed on Telemetry floor).
