About the Role

Fleet Feet is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores have the right products in stock at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process inventory shipments, including updating our point-of-sale system and stocking shelves.
  • Manage outgoing shipments, including processing returns and creating Return Authorizations (RA).
  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and assist with stocking inventory on the sales floor.
  • Fulfill online customer orders and prepare orders for curbside pickup or home delivery.
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Professional and timely internal and external communication.
  • Strong mathematical skills required.
  • Ability to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Collaborative and customer-centric.
  • Willing to go above and beyond when needed.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team.
