  • Equipment Organization: Organize and maintain deck equipment, such as lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys.
  • Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities on the deck, including arranging furniture and equipment.
  • Pool and Recreational Area Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool and other recreational areas.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance or safety issues to the deck department.
  • Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of guests and crew members.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and drills to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects, basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certifications: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
