Job Responsibilities:
We seek high-performing individuals who will be instrumental in our company's expansion.

As a Junior Underwriter, your responsibilities include:
Evaluating applications from business owners seeking capital. Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the business's fundamental information and revenue.

Summarizing credit card processing statements and other relevant documentation, which may vary by industry.

Accurately assessing risks associated with each deal.

Performing background checks, obtaining credit reports, and interpreting information related to a business.

Processing a minimum of 10 deals daily for amounts exceeding $100k, while maintaining a maximum loss rate of 5% on analyzed and funded deals.

Handling initial stages of collections for defaulting accounts.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a business-related field.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Bilingual proficiency (Fluent in English and Spanish) is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Familiarity with Clear and LexisNexis is advantageous.

Availability to work from 12pm-9pm, Monday to Friday, on-site.
